What does it mean by preparing a contract?

Each project and Real Estate Developer use their own version of a contract and payment schedule according to Thai law.

A copy of a draft contract will be provided.

So you can review it or have an attorney inspect or review it for you.

Final Thoughts:

  • Clarity: Ensure that the contract is clear and understandable for both parties. Avoid overly complex legal jargon that may lead to confusion.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure the contract complies with Thai civil law, especially relating to construction, real estate development, and payment schedules.
