Buyer with Seller Contract
What does it mean by preparing a contract?
Each project and Real Estate Developer use their own version of a contract and payment schedule according to Thai law.
A copy of a draft contract will be provided.
So you can review it or have an attorney inspect or review it for you.
Final Thoughts:
- Clarity: Ensure that the contract is clear and understandable for both parties. Avoid overly complex legal jargon that may lead to confusion.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure the contract complies with Thai civil law, especially relating to construction, real estate development, and payment schedules.
- Custom Tailoring: While on a general template, be sure to tailor the clauses to the specific needs of the developer and project, including payment terms, scope of work, and timelines.
This structure should help ensure that the agreement is professional, comprehensive, and legally sound. However, I recommend that you have an attorney licensed in Thailand review the final draft to ensure full legal compliance, especially considering the specifics of local real estate law.
